Tzatziki is a cool and refreshing dip made from yogurt, garlic, and cucumbers. It tastes great with Pita bread, potatoes or really anything you want!



  1. Scoop out 5 tablespoons of 2% Greek yogurt into bowl
  2. Add 2 thinly chopped cucumber
  3. Add a handful of fresh dill
  4. Cut 1 whole piece of garlic into pieces

Mix all of the ingredients, and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour, and top with one Kalamata olive and a drizzle of EVOO olive oil!
