Tiropita

This is a great dish to eat as an appetizer, or even a meal. It is warm, crispy and full of great flavor! There are different ways to make this, but the circular pita (strifty) is my favorite.

Here is what you need:

Filo Dough, feta, eggs, salt, pepper

Directions:

  1. Crumble feta
  2. Add 3 eggs
  3. In a separate pan, lay all of the fido dough out
  4. Put the filling in each layer, and roll the filo up
  5. Once it looks like the above picture, butter the top of the filo
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min
  7. Enjoy!
